Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GuildHall (“we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data on guildhall.com.sg, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). The GuildHall app has its own policy at /terms-conditions-privacy-policy.

What we collect

When you book a session, pass or rental, buy from the shop, or send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number, plus the details of your booking or order (dates, items, group size, delivery address if you choose delivery). Enquiry forms may also ask about your play experience and availability.

Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details; Stripe tells us only whether a payment succeeded and the amount.

Why we use it

To confirm and run your booking or order, send you confirmations and receipts, contact you about your booking (for example by WhatsApp if a session changes), handle refunds and cancellations, answer your enquiries, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments), our email provider (confirmation emails), WhatsApp (messages you choose to have with us) and our hosting provider. Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your cart and your name, email and phone on your own device so you don’t have to retype them; clear your browser storage to remove them. Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a login cookie.

How long we keep it

Booking and order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes (generally up to 5 years). Enquiries are deleted within 2 years if they did not lead to a booking.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, by emailing hello@guildhall.sg or WhatsApping +65 9776 8025. We will respond within 30 days. Some records we must keep by law (for example, payment records).
