Refund & Cancellation Policy

All GuildHall bookings (game sessions and board game passes) are covered by one simple policy:

Cancel at least 10 days before your session and we refund you in full — no questions asked.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +65 9776 8025 or email hello@guildhall.sg with your order number (or the email you used at checkout and the session name). Refunds go back to the card you paid with and typically arrive within a few business days.

Less than 10 days before the session

Bookings cancelled less than 10 days before the session are not automatically refundable — by then your seat has been held against a limited table. If something has come up, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Late arrivals & no-shows

We hold your seat for 15 minutes past the session start time. We don’t offer swaps to a different session.

DM Course

DM Course students may defer their remaining sessions to the next cohort instead of refunding.
